Position: NetSuite Professional Services Presales Consultant

Role Overview:

The Customer Success (CS) Presales team is pivotal in enhancing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through collaboration with the Direct Sales Organization. By providing expertise in NetSuite implementations and valuable industry insights, the team lays the groundwork for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage industry expertise to formulate deal strategies and implementation frameworks
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with the Direct Sales team and other key stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative sales initiatives with Account Executives to ensure smooth project execution
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants to deepen solution comprehension
  • Advocate for the SuiteSuccess methodology and its advantages to prospects and the sales team
  • Effectively translate client objectives into SuiteSuccess solutions
  • Address objections and negotiate project scope details with clients
  • Maintain comprehensive records of engagements and significant updates
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in technology implementation or project management
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate and convey Oracle NetSuite products and industry knowledge
  • Proactive attitude and a positive approach
  • Skilled in creating impactful presentations
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
