About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at SAC Health in San Bernardino, CA. As a Pediatric Specialties RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of empowering patients and their families to live vibrant and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to departmental procedures and standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license required; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Valid CA Driver's License, valid liability car insurance, and valid Driver's License required at time of hire.
