Responsibilities
  • Guest Interactions
    • Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Take and deliver orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Provide menu recommendations and additional information as needed.
    • Upsell additional products when appropriate.
    • Check IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
    • Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
    • Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
  • Table Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
