The Difference You Will Make:

The Gaming Host is responsible for greeting and assisting all guests, while providing a superb experience to all guests and residents utilizing the gaming floor within The Goat. In this role, you will ensure all games are operating efficiently while building connections with our guests and residents alike.

Who You Are:
  • Welcomes guests in a professional, timely, and hospitable manner.
  • Directs and/or guides guests to seating locations and answers questions on behalf of staff.
  • Opens and closes service areas in accordance with internal standards.
  • Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintains service areas, front entrance, and pre-buses tables as needed.
  • Provides light maintenance to gaming facilities, including but not limited to DuckPin Bowling lanes, SkeeBall machines, Karaoke rooms, and general gaming facilities.
  • Assist Goat restaurant operations by hosting social gatherings, serving tables, assisting with service in the main dining area and Morning Ritual coffee shop, as needed.
