Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Relationship Specialist II to join our team at Atlantic Union Bank. This role will be responsible for managing and responding to daily client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and respond to daily client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Loan and Deposit Account Management: Open, service, and maintain wholesale deposit accounts in adherence to state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures.
  • Due Diligence: Gather, image, and file financial statements and documents as needed, and complete detailed due diligence in accordance with associated regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Execute and adhere to all federal and state regulations governing bank operations, including BSA/AML requirements, and ensure confidentiality of all customary and proprietary materials and data.
  • Communication: Work directly with Centralized Doc Prep to request internally prepared loan documents, and communicate with clients and Bank personnel to facilitate timely and accurate postings.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential problems and/or compliance concerns to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage relationship expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Three to five years of commercial or consumer banking or industry-related experience required
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving proficiency, superior time management, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication, and working knowledge of commercial loan documentation
