Job Title: Compliance Account Support Representative

The Compliance Account Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of wholesale vendors with our company's requirements. This position is responsible for supporting the Wholesale Vendor Compliance Manager in ensuring that all wholesale accounts are compliant with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and become familiar with customers' vendor compliance manuals and routing guides
  • Communicate revisions and changes in customers' vendor requirements manuals and routing guides to internal company personnel
  • Assist in monitoring and researching vendor compliance violations and help develop a corrective action plan
  • Work with Product Development/Sourcing and DC Operations to ensure merchandise is prepared, packaged, and shipped in accordance with customer guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Claims department in researching and resolving customer chargeback issues
  • Maintain a repository folder for all current Vendor Compliance Manuals, Routing Guides, and signed Vendor Agreements/Waivers/Exemption documents
  • Coordinate with Compliance Manager in creating, maintaining, and distributing detailed checklists for new accounts
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (internet, mainframe, Excel & Word)
  • Excellent listening and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards and company policy
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment, and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
