As an Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse in our Recuperative Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the prevention of homelessness.

This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to working in a harm reduction environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for individuals recovering from acute medical needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing medication administration and wound care
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living and promoting health education
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Essential Qualifications:
