Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in planning, directing, and managing projects within organizations of comparable scale.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and best practices in strategic planning and portfolio management.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience in developing enterprise architectures.
  • Fifteen years of experience with architectures aligned to the DoD Architecture Framework.
  • Significant professional experience within the Army, DoD, or Intelligence Community in a relevant capacity.
  • At least fifteen years of IT experience specifically within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Solution Architect in at least one complete implementation of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll.
  • A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools, including proficiency with third-party interface tools.

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance at the time of award.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience is required.

Note: All candidates must have an active DOD secret clearance to qualify.
