Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of New York.
  • Board certification in a relevant area (e.g., pharmacotherapy, gerontology, pediatrics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
