About the Role
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly invoices and reporting for contracts.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems for contracts, billing, and redesign as needed.
  • Manage and oversee grant documents, including narratives, financials, agreements, and reports.
  • Review and maintain monthly expenses and salary allocation reports.
  • Assist with contract budgets, budget modifications, and agency audits.
  • Collaborate with Development & Program teams on grant proposals and expenditure reports.
  • Develop and maintain controls to identify potential issues in active awards.
  • Monitor contract accounts receivable and communicate with funders.
  • Prioritize assignments to meet internal and external deadlines.
