Job Title: Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus on process improvement, working across multiple time zones, and engaging with third-party companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to document product functionality, ensuring all processes and systems are accurately recorded.
  • Perform gap analysis and ask detailed questions to clarify and refine product features and technical processes.
  • Manage multiple time zone coordination, ensuring timely completion of documentation tasks across global teams.
  • Engage with third-party companies to ensure documentation aligns with external requirements and standards.
  • Work in a multilingual environment, ensuring documentation is clear and accessible to global stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes, optimizing workflows for clarity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a quality-driven approach to all documentation tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content that explains complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in documenting product functionality based on input from engineers and technical teams.
  • Experience working with third-party companies, ensuring documentation meets external requirements.
  • Experience in multilingual environments, comfortable navigating linguistic and cultural nuances.
  • Strong task management and coordination skills, particularly in managing deadlines across multiple time zones.
  • Experience in process-driven environments with an operational focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide a non-confidential writing sample as part of the application process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with documenting product functionality for technical products.
  • Experience in operational roles, with a focus on improving processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
