POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Waxing Technician Specialist is responsible for delivering all services, adhering to minimal waxing standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing daily operations related to client care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement customer service standards for all clients, aiming to surpass expectations from the first contact through ongoing relationship management.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning.
  • Maintain a clean and professional workspace, following daily cleaning protocols and performing additional cleaning tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality services while adhering to established minimal waxing standards, including body and facial waxing, as well as lash and brow tinting services where applicable.
  • Support and uphold our company culture, emphasizing teamwork and brand loyalty.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in all aspects of service delivery, reporting and addressing any unsafe conditions, and participating in safety training sessions.
ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
The Waxing Technician Specialist reports directly to the Studio Manager and/or Owner, and is accountable for all service provisions. This role involves meeting established minimal waxing and customer service standards, focusing on both internal (staff, volunteers, interns, vendors) and external (current and potential clients) customers. Additionally, the role is responsible for client retention and building referral networks.

Compensation:
  • $12-$14+ Commission
