Job Title: Cerologist/Waxing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cerologist/Waxing Specialist to join our team at WTC Canton LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Provide efficient and effective waxing services, adhering to all defined minimal waxing service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed.
  • Support and protect our company culture, including teamwork and brand loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Current State Licensure (Esthetician)
  • Excellent waxing skills and technique
  • Time management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player within a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Some travel may be required
  • Flexible full-time schedule, willing to work weekends
  • Previous waxing experience
