We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at Nexus Staff Inc. in Brooklyn, NY.

This is a contract position with a 2-year duration, offering an estimated annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 based on the location and industry standards.

Job Summary:

The Computer Systems Specialist will be responsible for performing computer work in the Statewide Financial System (SFS), Excel, and Word. This includes conducting general computer entry tasks, managing filing and document organization, and assisting with additional computer-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform computer work in various software applications, including SFS, Excel, and Word
  • Conduct general computer entry tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Manage filing and document organization systems to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of documents
  • Assist with additional computer-related tasks as needed, such as troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Some college education and no minimum years of experience required
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Hardworking and diligent individual with strong attention to detail
  • Personable and able to work well with others
  • Punctual and reliable
