Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical crews, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop electrical crew members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Electrician, with experience running crews of at least 6 people.
  • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Codes, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of all hand tools typically used for electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Bilingual.
  • Journeyman Electrical License.
  • Supervisory experience.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with days and hours of work varying but equating to 40 hours per week. May be requested to work overtime, nights, and weekends. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
