We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Veteran Air Conditioning, Electric, Plumbing & Drains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC systems and equipment
  • Conduct maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
  • Order necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs and installations
  • Attend to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently
  • Record all repairs and completed tasks meticulously using trade software
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, offer solutions, and discuss outcomes
  • Recommend products and services to optimize system performance
  • Maintain adherence to appliance standards and regulations stipulated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
