Position Overview:
The role involves overseeing the Cook Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Program, focusing on training and communication strategies. The successful candidate will act as a vital resource, ensuring effective training content and communication materials are developed and delivered while promoting collaboration across various functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of E&C training and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse functional teams to guarantee alignment and effectiveness in training processes.
- Plan, track, and assign employee training sessions and communications in partnership with relevant E&C personnel.
- Serve as a primary resource for the E&C function regarding training and communication systems.
- Manage and refresh electronic communication materials for the E&C function, including SharePoint, applications, and external web content.
- Innovate training and communication strategies, enhancing content and media formats to engage specific audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Background in training, communications, marketing, or compliance-related fields such as ethics, risk management, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- Proven expertise in conducting subject matter research and effectively conveying insights to varied audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering training is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with familiarity with SharePoint Online, SmartSheet, and Cornerstone software.
Work Environment:
- General office setting with extended periods of sitting.
- Requires close visual acuity for computer work.
- May involve occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences.
- Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
Must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
