Ethics and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our team at Cook Medical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Ethics and Compliance Program, ensuring that our training and communication efforts are effective and aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage and update electronic communication materials, including the SharePoint site and Life@Cook app.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure our compliance program remains effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in training, communications, marketing, or compliance-related field.
- Proven ability to perform subject matter research and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SharePoint Online.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires sitting for extended periods and occasional travel. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
