Shift: 6PM - 6AM (2x2x3 schedule)

Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of tasks to install and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical failures, including issues with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and hand tools for equipment installation and alignment.
- Interpret mechanical schematics and technical data for equipment repairs.
- Conduct minor machine work and welding as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas.
- Assist with equipment tooling and changeovers, and diagnose issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot high-voltage and low-voltage control circuits.
- Test equipment operation using digital multi-meters and amp meters.
- Analyze and repair electro-mechanical equipment and process control systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and basic ohm's law.
- Mechanical skills with experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use hand tools for electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- Good communication skills and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a thermoforming and extrusion environment is preferred.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical devices and systems.
Salary: $21.07 per hour
