Behavioral Health Team Lead

Job Summary:
NATIVE HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mental health and substance abuse services, providing direct care to patients, and supervising a team of mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mental health and substance abuse services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
- Provide direct care to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Supervise a team of mental health professionals, including clinical social workers, professional counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including individualized care plans and group therapy programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in case staffing meetings and peer review sessions to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted AZBBHE licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Three years of specialized experience in mental health and/or substance abuse with diverse populations.
- Two years of prior supervisor experience related to behavioral health.
- Behavioral Health Board clinical supervisor training completed and up-to-date.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
