- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on group facilitation and member support.
- Certifications/Licenses: BHPP/BHT designation, or equivalent, required.
