Customer Success Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively understand where clients are at and what they need
* Communicate and build relationships with executive sponsors with our clients
* Teach and recognize value, and renew clients
Requirements:
* High emotional intelligence with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset
* Extensive experience across the Salesforce product suite
* Proficiency and comfort working with Salesforce reports and dashboards
