Role Overview

As a Human Resource Coordinator at About You Sitting Service, you will be at the heart of our HR operations. This role is integral to ensuring that our human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting the quality of care we provide. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Applicant and Employee Support: Respond to frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding the hiring process, showcasing your strong communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in managing human resource files and records.
