Automotive Receptionist

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets customers and determines the nature of their visit, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person, and introduces the customer in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a clear and efficient manner, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Answers incoming phone calls, directs callers to the appropriate department, or takes thorough messages when necessary.
- Prepares light refreshments and performs housekeeping duties in the cafe and Service lounge, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assists with dealership duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
Lexus of Nashville offers a competitive compensation package, including a $15/hour base rate with a $1/hour increase after 90 days, paid weekly. Additionally, benefits include health and dental insurance, paid vacation days, paid Lexus training, vehicle reimbursement program, IRA match program, and Christmas club program.
