Private Duty Nurse LVN-Part Time Nights

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and coordinate patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna's policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- One year of experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting (requirements may vary by state).
- Home health experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
