Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and vendors regarding vehicle parts and merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, stockroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
  • Process orders for parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
  • Receive, unpack, and store parts in designated storage areas.
  • Conduct inventory and maintain records of goods received and perpetual inventory controls.
  • Process payments and obtain credit authorizations as necessary.
  • Manage core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive components and systems.
  • Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
  • Any automotive certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
