Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and enhance pre-construction processes for a variety of projects.
- Administer safety initiatives, engineering assessments, budget evaluations, and more.
- Guarantee adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Drive the design and execution of project engineering plans.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and address any challenges efficiently.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solar PV Construction.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within construction.
- Familiarity with EPC methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
