Job Overview

Paragon Staffing, LLC is a leading staffing agency connecting job seekers with top employers. We are currently seeking a skilled Aerospace Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG welding and fabrication of aerospace tubular, sheet metal, and casting engine components. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and laying out jobs using blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures to ensure accurate TIG welding.
  • Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reviewing and complying with fabrication drawings to meet quality standards.
  • Preparing weld joints for welding through solvent cleaning, trimming, and polishing.
  • Performing tack welding, fabrication of shop aids, and visual weld inspection.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completion of technical training or apprenticeship.
  • Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding.
  • Welding certification.
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a TIG Welder.

Pay rate: $27-$35 based on experience. Schedule: 1st Shift. Job location: Scotch plains, NJ.
