We are seeking a highly skilled Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to join our team at The Auto Club Group. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling complex claims, reviewing assigned claims, and conducting thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims. Your strong critical thinking and negotiation skills will be essential in resolving disputes and ensuring fair outcomes for our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing assigned claims and conducting thorough investigations
  • Contacting insureds and other affected parties to gather information and set expectations
  • Completing complex coverage analysis and ensuring all possible policyholder benefits are identified
  • Determining the validity of claims and making recommendations for payment or recovery
  • Conducting thorough reviews of damages and determining the applicability of state law and other factors related to the claim
  • Identifying when to refer claims to other company units, such as Underwriting, Subrogation, or Special Investigation Unit
Requirements:
  • Florida State Adjuster License
  • Three years of experience in claims handling, negotiation, and dispute resolution
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Trade Practices Act, Subrogation, Litigation, and No-Fault Law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
