Job Title: Extrusion Operator

Job Summary:
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality PEX pipes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce PEX pipes
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications

Requirements:
  • Experience in machine operation and extrusion processes
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and performing quality control checks
  • Effective communication skills within a team environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve extrusion issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
  • Technical certification or relevant training in extrusion operations
