Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to promote optimal health or support a peaceful death
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to navigate patients through their health journey
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED, required; 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required
- One year of relevant experience, preferred
