Nurse Care Specialist

Novant Health offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500 for this part-time Registered Nurse position. The successful candidate will work a 7 pm - 7 am night shift schedule in the Med/Surg department at Huntersville Medical Center in Huntersville, NC.
As a Registered Nurse at Novant Health, you will serve as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. You will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death. The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, with a 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. One year of relevant experience is preferred, and current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
