About the Role
The Registered Nurse will serve as a leader of the healthcare team, establishing a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. You will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. The successful candidate will utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure a safe patient environment driven by the principles of First Do No Harm. The successful candidate will also have a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, with a 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred. You should also have one year of relevant experience and current RN licensure in the appropriate state. Successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course may be required for inactive or lapsed licenses.
