Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with families to implement treatment plans and provide training and opportunities in various settings.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and Behavior Technicians to ensure seamless case management and supervision.
  • Coordinate and provide ABA services that exceed family expectations, while contributing to the company's mission and purpose.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Enrollment or acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed)
  • 1+ years of ABA experience
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Strong technical and computer skills, as well as reliable internet access
  • Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and maintain various postures for extended periods
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
