Job Overview

Butterfly Effects is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure adherence to ABA best practices and company protocols.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or a related field).
  • Enrollment or acceptance in an accredited Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program (12+ credits completed).
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
