**Job Title:** Safety Professional Development Associate

**Salary Range:** $50,000 - $60,000 per year

**Location:** Masters Gallery Foods, Inc.

**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safety Professional Development Associate. As an integral part of our risk management team, you will assist in implementing safety programs, conducting incident investigations, and reviewing job safety analyses.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job safety analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety programs, including confined space and respirator programs.
  • Participate in new hire orientation preparation to ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Risk and Loss Control and Safety Managers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to safety or a National Safety Council program.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
