Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting EDI programs and issues, testing integrations and partnerships, and working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze EDI issues with OpenText, utilizing daily reports and portals to identify and resolve problems.
- Manage the EDI process between Lids and external stakeholders, utilizing OpenText services to ensure efficient and accurate data exchange.
- Assist the EDI Coordinator in onboarding new vendors and partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with multiple Lids departments to support various projects and tasks, providing expert EDI knowledge and guidance.
- Provide regular status reports on projects and recurring issues to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and vendors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Work with National and International trading partners to ensure compliance with EDI regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with EDI processes, applications, and analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic D365 or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with OpenText or other managed services providers is strongly preferred.
- Additional experience in compliance, supply chain, project management, process improvement, and business analytics is preferred.
- GXS UPC catalog knowledge is preferred.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage feedback, and innovation.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
