Job Summary

We're seeking an EDI Analyst to support our EDI programs and integrations. This role will involve monitoring EDI issues, managing EDI processes, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze EDI issues with OpenText, utilizing daily reports and portals.
  • Manage EDI processes between Lids and external stakeholders, utilizing OpenText services.
  • Assist the EDI Coordinator in onboarding new vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with multiple Lids departments on various projects and tasks.
  • Provide regular status updates on projects and recurring issues for internal reviews.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
  • Work with national and international trading partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with EDI processes, applications, and analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic D365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with OpenText or other managed services providers is a plus.
  • Additional experience in compliance, supply chain, project management, process improvement, and business analytics is a plus.
  • GXS UPC catalog knowledge is a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
