About the Role:

At Dayton Freight, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Customer Profile Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Profile Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer profile information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deactivate, and maintain customer profile data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Enter and update customer discounts, accessorials, and fuel surcharges in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and update the customer exception sheet to ensure seamless operations.
  • Audit and print the customer exception sheet, and distribute it to account managers as needed.
  • Provide exceptional support to account managers and customers by assisting with changes to customer profile information.
  • Maintain weekly logs of completed customer profile tasks to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer profile discrepancies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
  • Fluent in English with excellent language skills.
