Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Customer Profile Analyst to join our team at Dayton Freight. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and auditing customer profile information, ensuring seamless data management and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, deactivate, and maintain customer profile information with precision and accuracy.
  • Enter discounts, accessorials, and fuel surcharge in customer profile information with attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update the customer exception sheet, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Audit and print the customer exception sheet, and distribute it to account managers in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional support to account managers and customers, addressing any changes to customer profile information promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain weekly logs of completed customer profile information, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and process skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States, with a valid Social Security number.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
