Position Overview

As a Case Management Support Specialist at Accord, you will be instrumental in assisting the case management team to empower individuals in reaching their full potential. Your role will encompass providing essential administrative support to case managers, managing clerical responsibilities, overseeing service administration and reporting, and ensuring compliance with billing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist case managers and team members with various administrative duties.
  • Prepare and organize case files for meetings, ensuring all relevant materials are readily available.
  • Conduct research on community resources and facilitate referrals for case managers.
  • Coordinate services and referrals with external providers and vendors.
  • Accurately enter screening documents and service authorizations into database systems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders involved.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address all inquiries promptly.
  • Document all work accurately to meet billing requirements.
  • Efficiently manage departmental mail and filing systems.
  • Act as a mandated reporter for incidents, ensuring the safety of individuals.
  • Represent Accord positively to clients and partners.
  • Complete all required training in a timely manner and adhere to established policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma with one year of relevant experience, or post-secondary education, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and computer systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $18 - $20/hour
