Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant to join our team at Carius4U LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavioral evaluations, submitting daily notes and claims through our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and participating actively in team meetings. Additionally, you will maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, agency policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Utilize our EHR system to complete clinical notes and assessments, leveraging AI technology to streamline your workflow.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral analysis and intervention.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid license in one of the following professions: Psychologist, Professional Clinical Counselor, Professional Counselor, Independent Social Worker, or Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst.
  • Proven experience in conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, agency policies, and procedures.
