About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Environmental Health and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading remediation projects from site characterization to remedial implementation and site closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply engineering and scientific principles to develop and implement remediation solutions for soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor remediation projects.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering design teams to develop and implement multi-discipline solutions.
  • Participate in project scoping, costing, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Establish work procedures, develop schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and vendor/subcontractor lists.
  • Prepare contract/design drawings, specifications, and bid documents for environmental remediation projects.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and compliance with established budgets, plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Plan, design, and manage/execute fieldwork to support remedial designs.
  • Review and analyze cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate project status and compliance.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor work activities.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in environmental remediation. The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering degree, 10-20 years of environmental experience, and be a registered professional engineer (PE) in one or more states.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and programs, as well as experience working with interdisciplinary teams. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
