Essential Qualifications for the Concrete and Masonry Site Supervisor:

#1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Masonry and Concrete Construction.

#2. Proficient in operating machinery and handling heavy materials such as concrete, blocks, and bricks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize construction activities based on project priorities and timelines.
  • Oversee team attendance, morale, and skill development.
  • Distribute daily tasks and responsibilities among crew members.
  • Guide and mentor workers and skilled tradespeople.
  • Ensure adequate manpower and resources are available.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Supervise the operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Track project expenditures to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide progress reports to management and engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred 7+ years of experience in Masonry and Concrete Construction.
