Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Scheduler to join our team at Danos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that job plans are accurately entered into the schedule and that resources are allocated effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter job plans into the schedule with a -week look ahead.
  • Maintain and level the schedule based on resources and constraints.
  • Coordinate with maintenance stakeholders to ensure activities have the correct duration, priority, resources, and execution windows.
  • Participate in daily & weekly schedule reviews with stakeholders for schedule readiness.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate + Years of Advanced Primavera Tool Usage (Building & Maintaining Schedules).
  • + Years of SAP usage is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills written & verbal, and Team mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office tool usage (Excel, Outlook, & Word).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings (P&ID, Isometric, Structural, & Electrical).
  • Demonstrate + Years of experience working in the industrial field (Downstream, Midstream, or Upstream).
  • + Years of field craft experience is strongly preferred along with multi-craft working knowledge (electrical, structural, instrumentation, & mechanical).
  • Proven track record of working with multiple vendors and crafts.
