Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Mechanical Construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Construction, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage the submittal and closeout processes, billing, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide project coordination, including coordination drawings and RFIs, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure projects meet technical, contractual, time, financial, and client service goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Mechanical Construction experience with a Mechanical Contractor, with a strong focus on Medical Projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • The capacity to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
