Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.
- Organize, update, and maintain accurate electronic medical records, including uploading physical orders, lab results, and other patient care documents.
- Distribute and collect signed physician orders in a timely manner.
- Accurately input patient information into our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ensure all records comply with state, federal, and agency regulations, and coordinate collection of any missing information or documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff to facilitate the flow of information.
