Job Summary

The Pearl at Five Forks is seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

Ware Washing

Operate dish machine(s) according to Food Safety Standards to ensure all dishes and china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cookware are properly washed and sanitized.

Production Equipment Washing

Clean large and small production equipment, including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens, according to Food Safety Standards.

Janitorial Duties

Perform janitorial duties in various dining services areas, including the Dining Room, Bistro, and other areas associated with dining activities.

Sanitation and Compliance

Responsible for handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Experience: One (1) year job-related experience
