As a key member of the Eagles Landing LLC team, the Dishroom Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all tableware, glassware, and equipment to ensure a spotless dining experience for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guidelines.
• Collaborate with the IHOP team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts and SOP guidelines.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as IHOP's Safety Manual and SOP health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
