Sales Account Professional

EFC International is a leading industry leader, seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team in St. Louis, MO.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including $60,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers via phone and email.
- Communicating with customers to receive orders and track stock levels.
- Working closely with outside sales representatives to stay up-to-date on account activities and communication.
- Preparing quotations for customers and distributing them as needed.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer requests and inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as an Account Manager in a distribution environment.
- A positive and high-energy attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, software, and phone systems (e.g., CRM, MS Office, MS Teams).
- A track record of surpassing goals in a fast-paced sales setting.
